Going toward the ocean in the Pacific Northwest is always a gamble.

Fading Year
Sometimes you realize the year got away from you.
Necessary to get the camera out and shoot.
So I did.
Once in the morning.
Once in the evening.
Mountain and the Moon
A couple of weeks ago the moon was sneaking up on the mountain. The moon was full. The mountain was hiding it as long as it could. Just as the sun was setting, the moon made an entrance.

The Twilight Saga Part 1
Don’t often get clear enough skies without a moon around here. So I gave this a shot a couple nights ago.
It was cold.
I’ll be trying for a better shot next opportunity.
